Launch your engineering career with ONEOK’s Field Engineering Rotational Program, a structured 2-3 year development program designed for early-career engineers who want to build technical expertise, gain field experience, and develop a deep understanding of ONEOK’s operations. The program provides hands-on exposure to the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical energy infrastructure across our natural gas, NGL, and pipeline systems. Through a series of rotational assignments, participants develop a strong technical foundation while gaining insight into how engineering supports the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of energy products. As a participant, you will rotate through a variety of engineering and operational roles, working alongside experienced professionals on projects that directly impact the business. Rotations are designed to build both technical capability and operational knowledge, preparing participants for long-term engineering careers within ONEOK. Participants commit to a minimum of three years in the program, with rotations typically lasting approximately one year. Rotation locations may include, Midland, TX; Mont Belvieu, TX; Sidney, MT; Medford, OK; Bushton, KS, as well as additional field locations. At ONEOK, you'll make meaningful contributions from day one, work on projects that support critical energy infrastructure, and build the skills and experience needed for a successful long-term career in engineering.
