About The Position

You will be the Operations Product Lead (Level 3) for the MFC Dallas Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for linking internal and external customers, delivering high‑quality results on schedule and within budget. As the Operations Product Lead (Level 3) you will be responsible for driving initiatives that have a tangible impact on program success and ensuring seamless collaboration between the shop floor and program teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
3+ years of progressive experience in production operations, program management, or supply‑chain leadership within a complex, high‑tech environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences and senior leadership.
Proficiency with project‑management tools and data‑analysis software.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (if required in the future).
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
