About The Position

GoodHabitz is a B2B SaaS platform focused on human skills development, currently undergoing a transformation from a sales-led model to a product-led growth model. The Product Operations Lead will be the first in this role, responsible for building and running the operating system that connects product strategy to execution across a growing, multi-team product organization. This role is about designing a system that enables the product organization to plan, decide, measure, and ship more efficiently and deliberately, reducing ambiguity and coordination overhead.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in product ops, strategy & operations, or a closely adjacent function at a scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Understanding of the difference between building an operating system and running a project plan.
  • Ability to impose structure on ambiguity.
  • Systems thinking – understanding how rituals, tooling, incentives, and decision flows impact execution quality.
  • Data fluency – knowing what to ask for and how to effectively use data insights.
  • Strong communication and influence – earning trust through clarity and follow-through.
  • Comfort with incomplete information – ability to make progress without waiting for everything to be clean.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer to design the system rather than manage inside it.
  • Energised by transformation environments.
  • Treat process as a hypothesis, not a policy.
  • Ability to challenge a VP's framing while maintaining the relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run the system that connects OKRs to execution across all product teams, including planning cadences, prioritisation frameworks, documentation standards, and product rituals.
  • Build the infrastructure that translates signals (product analytics, customer research, support data, CS feedback) into concrete decisions, aiming for higher signal quality and faster decision velocity.
  • Operationalise KPIs by building a reliable system around them, including consistent metric definitions, team-facing dashboards (in partnership with the Product Data Lead), and regular review rhythms.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the workflow, improving planning reliability, reducing cycle time from idea to shipped outcome, and proactively managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Improve collaboration and alignment with Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Customer Success, ensuring clear outcomes, smooth handoffs, and timely context sharing.
  • Drive the adoption of high-leverage AI workflows, enhance the use of Jira, Slack, and analytics tooling, and automate operational tasks that do not require human judgment.

Benefits

  • Become part of the leader online training company in the European market.
  • Grow professionally at a trailblazing company with unstoppable momentum.
  • Competitive salary and role-specific performance bonus.
  • 25 days paid holiday.
  • Travel budget.
  • Flexible work & tools, including a laptop.
  • Unlimited access to GoodHabitz resources and MyAcademy for growth & development.
  • Mental coaching support from a partner.
  • Work with diverse & inclusive teams from across Europe.
  • Themed events & team-building activities.
  • Annual Do-Good Day (fully paid day for volunteer work).
  • Pension & insurance (disability and pension coverage).
