About The Position

SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund managing more than $2 billion in affordable single-family homes. It owns 10,000 homes across 20 states and uses software-driven operations to manage homes in multiple markets. The Operations/Product Director, Workflow & AI will work across the business—from acquisitions and renovations to property management and payments—to identify where software, automation, and AI can improve operations. The role combines business operations and product work, with a hands-on focus on building and shipping systems, internal tools, and operational software that directly runs the business. The successful candidate will first understand how work gets done, then translate operational needs into scalable systems and architecture. They will use AI tooling, LLMs, data, and automation frameworks to increase technical leverage; make decisions about whether to build, configure, or integrate tools; and own outcomes by measuring whether solutions improve the business. The role is fully remote and offers flexible PTO, covered health and dental, a 401(k) package, a MacBook Pro, compensation, and equity.
