About The Position

Lead Caterpillar Financial’s AI workflow platform and the six-person global team responsible for its continued growth and success. It also oversees quality and business validation, audit-ready controls, cybersecurity integration, vendor-delivered work, risk management, and platform adoption. The role reports progress, risks, and value to leadership and works onsite five days a week.
