About The Position

The Operations Processor 3 will work on a team handling Lockbox change requests received through AES (Automated Enrollment Solution) across multiple sites. Team members track requests in multiple systems, including Excel, and review each request and its attachments to determine and execute the requested process. The role also maintains request information and reports using Excel and Word, and balances requests at the end of each week. This is a contract position based onsite in Hapeville, Georgia.

• Experience using Microsoft Word to maintain the request process.

Responsibilities

• Track Lockbox change requests in multiple systems, including Excel.
• Review requests and attachments received through AES across multiple sites.
• Execute the process associated with each request.
• Maintain reports in Excel and Word.
• Add information to each request.
• Balance requests at the end of each week.
