About The Position
HilltopSecurities is seeking an Operations Manager, Optimization, to lead the implementation of automated workflows, AI tools, and system integration while ensuring regulatory compliance within a brokerage firm. This role, based in Downtown Dallas, will manage a division responsible for bridging the gap between IT, daily brokerage operations, and compliance/regulatory functions. The primary goal is to gather business processes to maximize efficiency and achieve measurable results by identifying manual tasks and creating digital application models to support business operations.
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing implementation of automated workflows, AI tools, and system integration.
- Experience in maintaining regulatory control within a brokerage firm.
- Experience managing a division to bridge the gap between IT, daily brokerage operations, and compliance/regulatory functions.
- Experience in gathering business processes to maximize efficiency and achieve measurable results.
- Experience identifying manual tasks and creating digital application models to support business operations.
