About The Position

The Operations Manager leads teams in a regional distribution center, supporting the safe and efficient movement of products to guests. The role focuses on safety, leadership, operational execution, productivity, team growth and development, and problem-solving. The manager creates an inclusive and positive work environment through observation and actionable feedback, ensures teams are informed and coordinated across functions, and works to meet performance and budget goals. The role also identifies root causes, tests approaches, and improves processes and future workflow efficiency. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms and conveyor crossovers.
• Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures, perform updates, and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center.
