About The Position

The Operations Manager at a regional distribution center leads teams to maximize productivity, growth, and development while maintaining a safety-first culture. The role focuses on leadership, safety, operational excellence, problem-solving, and teamwork. The manager establishes an engaging and inclusive work environment, provides timely and constructive feedback, and ensures teams are informed and coordinated across functions. The position also involves executing operational plans, meeting performance and budget goals, and innovating processes and methods to improve efficiency and optimize future process flow. Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures, perform updates, and operate Distribution Center systems and programs, including traversing conveyor crossovers.
