Apply the right level of analytical rigor based on decision criticality, data quality, business impact, and time constraints.
  • Applied Modelling, Lean Six Sigma and Operational Improvement: Apply quantitative and operational improvement techniques, including supply chain network design, production scheduling, line balancing, throughput and constraint analysis, OEE improvement, capacity planning, and yield/loss and waste modelling. Apply knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify operational inefficiencies and support performance improvement opportunities. Translate analytical outputs into practical manufacturing and supply chain recommendations. Develop decision-ready insights that support operating model design, performance improvement, and implementation planning.
  • Technology & Tools: Embed analytics into scalable decision-support solutions and digital workflows. Work with technical teams to define data flows, KPI/reporting logic, solution requirements, and integration points across systems such as ERP, MES, CMSS, WMS, and TMS, where applicable.
