About The Position
The Operations Manager leads and influences a high-performing team at Uline’s rapidly growing Washington branch. The role oversees branch operations across the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments, with responsibility for customer service, facility standards, talent support, employee relations, and accountability. The position is on-site at the Washington branch in Lacey, Washington, and involves limited overnight travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations or general management.
- Experience supervising personnel.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments.
- Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
- Ensure the 1-million-square-foot distribution center grounds exceed company standards.
- Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
- Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
