The Operations Manager will monitor project performance related to schedule, budget, quality, and safety, and support teams in resolving complex project challenges. They will also mentor and develop project teams, foster a collaborative culture, and support recruiting efforts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners is crucial, as is driving continuous improvement in operational processes and ensuring adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Risk management, financial oversight, and budget management are also key components of this role.
