About The Position

Pulley is hiring a Project Manager located in Virginia to guide clients through commercial permitting and help projects progress through local approval processes. The role connects clients with the permitting landscape, applies local permitting expertise, and works with municipal officials to accelerate approvals and keep project timelines on track. The Project Manager will oversee multiple permitting projects at once, manage milestones, anticipate and resolve permitting roadblocks, and advise clients on efficient approval strategies. The position also contributes to the development of permitting operations and works with leadership, product, and engineering teams to improve Pulley’s platform, workflows, and client experience.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, including involvement in various permitting processes.
Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
Proficiency with relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems.
At least a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a closely related field.
Must be located in Virginia.
