About The Position

The Operations Manager - Operations Group is responsible for managing all operations activities for a specified industry grouping or major geographic region. The role manages through supervisors and/or subordinate managers and supports corporate goals and objectives by setting strategic plans, improving efficiency and compliance, and monitoring fiscal and production performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in a financial services leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Establish long- and short-term strategic plans for the group or region in support of corporate goals and objectives.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve group or regional efficiency and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direction in establishing new policies, procedures, and technology.
• Prepare, monitor, control, and report on the group or region's fiscal and production performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
