The Operations Manager, Services will play a key role in the growth of our operations and services business along with overall customer satisfaction. This individual will assess the need for ongoing process improvements and ensure these initiatives are created and implemented. They will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. The Operations Manager will provide management of the Service Project and Contract Managers.
