This role is for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Services who will join a team of Strategy & Business Operations Associates. This team partners closely with the Chief of Staff to uncover data-driven insights and implement cross-functional initiatives to enable coaching at scale. The specific focus of this role is building a new go-to-market segment and approach centered on creating CxO engagement through peer connections and a consultative, solution-based sales experience. Success in this role requires comfort working with BetterUp’s executive team and board of directors to develop, drive, and report on pressing organizational initiatives that impact key business outcomes. The candidate must be adept at problem-solving with poise and attention to detail, ensuring business functions operate efficiently. Qualified candidates possess data analytics capabilities, are operationally-savvy, well-organized, passionate about problem-solving, and have the executive presence to manage complex interpersonal situations. The company emphasizes a hybrid work model with a focus on in-person collaboration, requiring employees to be available to work from office hubs at least two days per week or eight days per month in specified US and European locations.
