About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability. The role leads operational teams, manages processes, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures company policies and customer service standards are met. The manager collaborates across departments and oversees staffing, resources, operational performance, budgets, compliance, and customer and partner relationships.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of operations, management, or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and operational processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across departments to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create action plans to improve results.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and operational financial performance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
