The Operations Manager - Floor is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. This role involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. The manager will prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements. They will also monitor and ensure compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. A key aspect of the role is identifying and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns. The Operations Manager will supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. This includes teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures, as well as participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of staff.
