This role is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. The Operations Manager will also focus on implementing operational improvements, forecasting staffing and workload, and preparing/analyzing business reports. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. The position requires supervising and managing associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and identifying training and development needs. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging, and empowering associates to thrive. It also involves attracting and retaining talent, developing individuals, and recognizing contributions.
