This role is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. The Operations Manager will forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. They will prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements. This position involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. The Operations Manager will resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training and development needs. This role emphasizes building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and empowering associates to thrive.
