Webco IndustriesOil City, PA

About The Position

Join Webco Industries Inc. and be part of a structured, hands-on development program designed to build the next generation of operations leaders. The Webco Operations Manager Trainee Program is a two-year, rotational, learning experience that provides broad exposure across Webco’s manufacturing and business operations. Participants will complete four structured rotations over two years, gaining firsthand experience in the core functions that drive operational excellence. Rotations may include: Safety and Environmental Management, Manufacturing & Production Operations, Supply Chain & Production Planning Management, Quality, New Product Development, or Commercial / Customer Support. Each rotation concludes with a formal presentation to site and divisional leadership, reinforcing accountability, communication skills, and business acumen. The program is designed to develop a deep understanding of Webco’s end-to-end operations, build leadership capability, decision-making skills, and operational judgment, and prepare high-potential individuals for future supervisory and management roles. Throughout the program, trainees are treated as future leaders, not observers. In addition to rotational assignments, participants will receive individual mentoring from experienced operations and engineering leaders, hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems, cross-functional experience to broaden understanding of the full business, leadership development through project ownership and presentations, training in problem-solving and continuous improvement programs, and opportunities to build strong professional networks across the organization. By the end of the program, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of Webco’s operations, a strong foundation in leadership and business fundamentals, and a clear view of potential career paths within the organization.
