Operations Management Trainee
About The Position
The Operations Management Trainee will participate in a structured rotational program across core plant functions including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and logistics. This role involves learning and applying plant performance metrics, operational standards, and continuous improvement principles. The trainee will support daily operations by analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and contributing to improvement initiatives. Collaboration with frontline leaders and cross-functional teams is key to supporting production goals and business objectives. The position requires demonstrating leadership behaviors, developing an understanding of workforce management, safety expectations, and compliance requirements, and completing assigned projects. Adherence to SOP and OSHA standards is mandatory. Trainees are expected to complete Six Sigma Yellow and Green belt certifications within the first six months.

Responsibilities

- Adhere to and support standard operating procedures (SOP) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
- Complete Six Sigma Yellow and Green belt within the first six months
