Operations Management Trainee
About The Position
Southern Lumber & Millwork is seeking a motivated Operations Management Trainee to learn the inner workings of their business through hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced leaders. This is a competitive opportunity designed for individuals who want to grow their knowledge of operations, logistics, inventory management, distribution, customer service, and the building materials industry. Through a structured training plan, you'll gain exposure to multiple departments and learn how they work together to deliver the Southern Difference. Rather than being assigned to a single department, you'll spend time learning various areas of our operation while developing the skills needed to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently is a major plus!
