About The Position

American Aluminum Extrusion is seeking a dependable Operations Level 1 team member for its Roscoe, Illinois facility. The role works closely with the saw operator and other press team members to package material properly, including inspecting, sorting, and loading it according to job specifications. This is an entry-level production position; no experience is required, and training is provided. The company offers structured advancement through Levels 1–5, with increased responsibilities and pay at each level for employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and willingness to learn. The position is full-time, third shift, with starting pay of $17.75 per hour depending on experience, plus a shift premium. Eligible new hires may receive a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring equipment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift and move material or parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
