About The Position

DSB Technologies is hiring a Specialist for its third shift. The role is open to experienced production workers and those starting out, with guidance intended to support employees’ growth and development. The schedule is 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday night through Wednesday night, with two paid 20-minute breaks. The starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with an increase after 90 days and opportunities to progress to $19.52 per hour within 12 months. Third-shift employees receive an additional $2.50 per hour shift differential. The Specialist completes assigned production tasks according to work instructions and any authorized deviations, works at the stated job rate, and is accountable for part quality, productivity, and QOS metrics. The role requires accurate documentation and Plex transactions, reporting production issues to leadership, working only on tasks for which the employee is certified, and following safety, attendance, cleanliness, quality, and environmental management requirements. The employee communicates production issues effectively across shifts and supports continuous improvement and DSB Technologies’ values.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks as directed by leadership and according to work instructions or provided deviations.
Build parts to 100% quality expectations.
Meet productivity goals for each operation daily and work at the stated rate for the job.
Achieve 100% of QOS metric goals.
Record required documentation accurately and honestly.
Record Plex transactions accurately and honestly.
Report production issues to leadership and communicate them effectively to team members across all shifts.
Work only on tasks for which the employee has been certified and signed off on a training log.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Adhere to the attendance policy, work as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude in support of QOS goals.
Support and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and DSB Technologies’ values, policies, procedures, and Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
