About The Position

Nen Creative is seeking an Operations Lead to own and improve the company’s day-to-day business operations. The hands-on role spans finance, contracts, people operations, and internal systems. The Operations Lead will help build and improve the systems that support the company as it scales, working directly with leadership in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or similar roles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment; is highly driven, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond when needed.
• Is proactive and resourceful, demonstrates ownership, anticipates problems, and drives solutions independently.
• Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, can juggle competing priorities, and consistently follows through.
• Has excellent communication skills and sound judgment, and can work independently with leadership, employees, clients, and vendors.
• Keeps up with AI tools and is eager to use AI and automation to improve workflows and productivity.

• Experience reviewing and redlining contracts, identifying risks, and negotiating commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting to support leadership decisions.
• Review, redline, and manage client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Identify contract risks, coordinate negotiations, and oversee business compliance, insurance, and administrative requirements.
• Manage employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, documentation, policies, and vendor management.
• Build and improve internal workflows, reporting dashboards, and operational systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and implement solutions to help the company scale.
