The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving and coaching towards profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring optimal results that support total store operations. The Operations Lead will lead and execute inventory management processes, focusing on accuracy and shrink reduction, and investigate inventory discrepancies. They will manage key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Additionally, the Operations Lead will champion strong visual standards and support a safe and efficient work environment through stockroom organization. This role also involves business management, including reporting, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. The Operations Lead demonstrates strong business acumen by using metrics to support business strategies and assesses the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor. As a People Leader, they will lead by example, inspire staff, and directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development, using company performance tools for feedback and growth. They will also partner with the Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead for cross-functional training and business execution, and execute company-level operations directives in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager.
