About The Position

This role is responsible for leading plant supply chain operations, serving as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA implementation, designing and maintaining data pipelines in Snowflake, and leading company-wide technology adoption and change management. The goal is to standardize supply chain processes, data definitions, and best practices across all sites to ensure consistency and drive business value through technology. The Plant-Level Supply Chain Management aspect involves overseeing demand and supply planning, production scheduling support, MRP, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and material availability are critical. This involves partnering with various departments like Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to balance customer demand with capacity and material constraints, while also leading and developing the plant supply chain team and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles. In the SAP S/4HANA Implementation phase, the role acts as a core supply chain team member, representing plant and supply chain requirements. This includes documenting current processes, designing future-state processes, translating business needs into functional requirements for relevant SAP modules (MM, PP, SD), and supporting configuration, data migration, and testing. The role also involves developing training materials, training end-users, and acting as a go-live champion and super-user, followed by driving post-go-live stabilization and optimization. The Snowflake Data Platform & Application Development component requires designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines from SAP S/4HANA and other sources into Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. This includes developing data models and curated datasets for reporting, and building company-wide applications, dashboards, and tools to support planning, inventory visibility, and executive reporting. Gathering user requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and establishing data governance standards are also key. Finally, the Corporate-Level Technology Adoption & Change Management involves leading the company-wide rollout of S/4HANA supply chain processes and Snowflake applications. This includes developing and executing change management plans, designing and delivering training programs, defining and tracking adoption metrics, and partnering with senior leadership to maintain a technology roadmap. The objective is to standardize processes and ensure tools and reporting function consistently across the organization, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Support configuration validation, master data definition and cleansing, data migration, and testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance).
  • Develop training materials, train end users, and act as a go-live champion and super-user for the plant.
  • Drive post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and ongoing process optimization within S/4HANA.
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that bring data from SAP S/4HANA and other source systems into Snowflake, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and well-documented.
  • Develop data models and curated datasets that serve as a trusted single source of truth for supply chain and operational reporting.
  • Build and deploy company-wide applications, dashboards, and tools (e.g., using Streamlit in Snowflake or similar) that support planning, inventory visibility, supplier performance, and executive reporting.
  • Gather requirements from users across plants and corporate functions, prioritize the development backlog, and deliver solutions iteratively.

  • Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and ongoing support resources; build and lead a network of site champions and super-users.
  • Define and track adoption metrics (e.g., active users, process compliance, report and app usage) and act on gaps to drive consistent, standardized use across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership, IT, Finance, and site leaders to maintain a technology roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business value.
  • Standardize supply chain processes, data definitions, and best practices across sites so that tools and reporting work the same way company-wide.
