About The Position

The Enterprise Operations Development Program provides a unique opportunity for the participant to gain a strong foundation and practical experience in bank operations and financial risk management, all while contributing to a team that is invested in your professional development and success. As a participant, the program provides you with a combination of hands-on experience, targeted training, and structured rotations. Over the course of the program, you’ll develop your leadership competencies and build your knowledge in enterprise operations management principles which will prepare you for a vital role within our organization. FNB’s Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams.

Responsibilities

Foundational Rotations in Operations and Risk: Rotate through various operations teams, gaining hands-on experience with core processes, technologies, compliance requirements, and customer interactions.
Risk Management Rotations: Dive into the fundamentals of risk management by rotating through risk-focused teams within Enterprise Operations.
Conduct operational risk assessments, map processes, test controls, identify gaps, and use data analytics to support risk reporting and remediation efforts.
Leadership Assignment: Take on a leadership assignment within an Enterprise Operations team to stretch leadership capabilities and prepare for future roles with greater responsibility.
Lead initiatives, collaborate across departments, and contribute to strategic priorities.
Project Ownership: Be entrusted with a high-impact project to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
Participate in leadership and skills-based training sessions.
Connect with other program participants, building a strong network of peers and mentors.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
