About The Position

The Enterprise Operations Development Program provides a unique opportunity for the participant to gain a strong foundation and practical experience in bank operations and financial risk management, all while contributing to a team that is invested in your professional development and success. As a participant, the program provides you with a combination of hands-on experience, targeted training, and structured rotations. Over the course of the program, you’ll develop your leadership competencies and build your knowledge in enterprise operations management principles which will prepare you for a vital role within our organization. FNB’s Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various operations teams, gaining hands-on experience with core processes, technologies, compliance requirements, and customer interactions.
  • Rotate through risk-focused teams within Enterprise Operations, conducting operational risk assessments, mapping processes, testing controls, identifying gaps, and using data analytics to support risk reporting and remediation efforts.
  • Take on a leadership assignment within an Enterprise Operations team to develop leadership capabilities, lead initiatives, collaborate across departments, and contribute to strategic priorities.
  • Undertake a high-impact project to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Participate in leadership and skills-based training sessions.
  • Connect with other program participants to build a network of peers and mentors.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily.
  • Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures.
