About The Position

The Operations Coordinator is a clerical resource for customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees at the WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. The role supports smooth, efficient operations and customer satisfaction by coordinating loads, handling customer service activities, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and addressing complaints promptly, courteously, and effectively. Additional duties include answering phones and performing other clerical work as directed by the Manager. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The base rate is $20 per hour, with performance incentive programs. Responsibilities

Oversee the scheduling and movement of loads entering and leaving the distribution center.
Communicate with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees by email, phone, and/or in person.
Accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading.
Help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining quality control.
Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and handle complaints promptly, courteously, and effectively.
Answer phones and perform other clerical duties as directed by the Manager.
