About The Position

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join its Cementation Team in Odessa, Texas. The role supports operations in the Permian region, with a focus on coordinating assets and purchasing. The coordinator works with sales, customers, and internal operations teams to plan inventory and operations, process orders and tickets, and arrange product deliveries. The role also supports warehouse and equipment inspections as needed and participates in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant industry experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong operational and administrative business acumen.
Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise professionalism, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with internal teams and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Field operations experience and hands-on exposure to cementing, cement products, or well construction solutions.
0–1 years of coordinator experience.
Experience with ERP systems or software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales to plan operations and inventory needs.
Receive customer calls and facilitate delivery of Weatherford products and services.
Ensure statements of requirements are complete and accurate for all orders.
Ensure tickets for all orders are accurate.
Ensure tickets are delivered, signed, and returned in a timely manner.
Coordinate logistics for delivery of products to customers.
Serve as the operations focal point for specific customer accounts.
Support warehouse and equipment inspections as needed.
Support a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule.
Understand and comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy and requirements in the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
Perform other duties and activities assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
