About the position
As an Operations Coordinator for Via's "sprinti" service in Hanover, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and key operational figures of the on-demand public transport service. Your role will involve coordinating the deployment, maintenance, and cleaning of the fleet, as well as managing partners and being the main point of contact for driving personnel and partners on-site. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of the sprinti project, contributing ideas to improve the service and driving topics such as depot establishment, charging infrastructure, recruitment, and training. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day business and key operational figures for the on-demand public transport service "sprinti"
- Serve as the contact person for driving personnel and partners on site in Hannover
- Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and cleaning of the fleet and manage corresponding partners
- Play a major role in the expansion of the sprinti, including establishing depots and charging infrastructure, recruiting and training driving personnel, and equipping vehicles
- Actively contribute ideas to improve the sprinti
- Enjoy working in a team and have experience in taking responsibility for employees
- Remain calm under stress and effectively communicate with management and drivers
- Use data-driven metrics to make decisions and set priorities
- Get excited about end-to-end responsibility and actively shape the mobility revolution
- Possess at least C1 level German language skills and fluent English
- Hold a valid driver's license in Germany, class B.
