About the position
Via is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their expanding team in Europe. This remote position requires fluency in English and Flemish, and involves providing telephone and email support to ensure the smooth operation of their services. Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of services by providing telephone and email support
- Work shifts that fit into your life and receive appropriate shift bonuses for night time work, Sundays, or public holidays
- Support drivers and passengers in all matters and help them with their questions or concerns
- Care for customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Have the opportunity to grow with tasks and responsibilities and increase compensation accordingly
- Have good knowledge of the English language and speak Flemish
- Be a good communicator and able to find the right tone in different contexts
- Enjoy providing advice and support over the phone
- Remain calm and develop creative solutions in stressful situations
- Learn and deliver great service even without experience as a call center employee
- Be passionate about the mission to enable accessibility to mobility and reduce the world's carbon footprint
- Be technology-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools
- Work from home in Germany, Netherlands, UK, or Belgium
- Have state-of-the-art hardware provided for worry-free work

- Receive €14/h base pay for a 40-hour work week
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the English language and fluency in Flemish (Netherlands Dutch is not sufficient)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt tone in different contexts
- Enjoy providing advice and support over the phone
- Ability to remain calm and develop creative solutions in stressful situations
- Willingness to learn and deliver great service, even without prior call center experience
- Passionate about enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing carbon footprint
- Technology-savvy and comfortable working with modern IT tools
- Must be based in Germany, Netherlands, UK, or Belgium for remote work
- Availability to work shifts, including nights, Sundays, and public holidays
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and issue resolution
