Customer Support Agent - Remote (Flemish-speaking)

Via is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their expanding team in Europe. This remote position requires fluency in English and Flemish, and involves providing telephone and email support to ensure the smooth operation of their services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and a passion for Via's mission to transform transportation and reduce the world's carbon footprint. • Ensure the smooth daily operation of services by providing telephone and email support
• Work shifts that fit into your life and receive appropriate shift bonuses for night time work, Sundays, or public holidays
• Support drivers and passengers in all matters and help them with their questions or concerns
• Care for customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Have the opportunity to grow with tasks and responsibilities and increase compensation accordingly
• Have good knowledge of the English language and speak Flemish
• Be a good communicator and able to find the right tone in different contexts
• Enjoy providing advice and support over the phone

• Good knowledge of the English language and fluency in Flemish (Netherlands Dutch is not sufficient)

• Must be based in Germany, Netherlands, UK, or Belgium for remote work
