About The Position

The CareSource Operations Business Analyst Intern supports special projects, initiatives, and activities that vary by assignment. This is part of a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students, intended to provide real-world experience and career preparation. The intern analyzes and reconciles claim file exchanges with select vendors, resolves issues, identifies process improvements, and develops automation for reconciliation and reporting of file failures or rejections. The internship includes projects that impact the company, seminars with CareSource leaders, an assigned mentor, access to former interns, and opportunities to develop skills and explore career paths. The role works in a general office environment, with remote opportunities described as part of the flexible work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Be a current rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program, or have graduated within the last six months.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
