About The Position

Employee Navigator is a rapidly growing and highly profitable SaaS insurance and HR technology company serving more than 175,000 companies. The company’s products help customers manage employee benefits and HR, including benefits administration and employee onboarding.

Employee Navigator is hiring multiple Business Operations Interns for Summer 2027 to work across teams including sales, marketing, and partnerships. Interns will contribute to customer research, customer-event planning, sales-activity analysis, and other projects, gaining experience across departments at a growing software company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer research to help teams identify product or operational issues.
• Compile and organize findings into graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams.
• Document, report, and present research findings to managers.
• Work with multiple teams on one-off projects, including customer documentation and data cleanup.
• Help plan the annual users conference in Washington, DC, for more than 1,000 customers.
• Participate in prospective customer sales calls.
