About The Position

Hybron is an advanced manufacturing company developing lightweight composites at mass-production scale. Its manufacturing process enables complex, high-performance composite parts to be produced 10–100 times faster than traditional methods and at a fraction of the cost. The company is commercializing composite products including artillery shells, solid rocket motor nozzles, gas turbine engine components, and airframes. The Operations Intern will work across Hybron’s operations function at its Hawthorne facility. This full-time, in-person internship runs for at least 10 weeks in summer 2027. The work is varied and may span operations, finance, and business development. The role suits a self-starter who is organized, adaptable, and willing to support business needs across both facility and leadership activities. The position requires U.S. Person status under EAR and ITAR definitions.
