Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role covers inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You will collaborate with the team to support client experiences and sales goals, promote an inclusive and welcoming culture, and follow company policies that help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular part-time hourly position. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. The listed pay range is $16.60–$19.30 per hour; actual pay depends on relevant qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Requirements
