About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth and efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You’ll also support outstanding client service, teamwork, and a safe, welcoming shopping environment while upholding company policies and operational standards. This is a regular, part-time, hourly, non-exempt position at the Fayette Mall store in Lexington, Kentucky. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and punctual, consistent attendance are required. The posted pay range is $16.60–$19.30 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
