About The Position
The Operations Associate supports the store’s daily operations and helps provide an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. The associate helps ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution, supports client service and sales goals, promotes an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and follows company policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time hourly, non-exempt position. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. The role requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as punctuality and consistent attendance. The hourly pay range is $16.60–$19.30, with the actual rate depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Healthcare and wellbeing benefits are available based on eligibility.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
