About The Position

The Operations Associate supports the store’s day-to-day operations to help ensure an efficient store and exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and supporting visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. The associate also supports client service and sales goals, contributes to an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and follows company policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a part-time, regular hourly non-exempt position at Sephora’s CO-Centerra store in Loveland, Colorado.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Part-time availability of 15–29 hours per week; must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution.
