About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role covers inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising, including promotional setups and event execution. You also support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative culture and upholding company policies and store safety standards. This is a regular part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory factors specific to the position or location.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
