About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. You’ll also support the team in delivering outstanding client service, achieving sales goals, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative store culture. The role requires reliability and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time employees work 15–29 hours per week; the position is regular and hourly (non-exempt).

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and communicate it.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Reliability and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations.
