Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll also support client service and sales goals, help foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and follow company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular, part-time, hourly position. Part-time associates are expected to work 15–29 hours per week, meet required minimum shift and hour commitments, and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are required. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; part-time hours are 15–29 per week.
