About The Position

Reformation is hiring a part-time Operations Associate to support daily store operations at South Coast Plaza. The role helps standardize store processes, manage inventory, support merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment. The Operations Associate contributes to store goals while helping create a positive customer shopping experience and upholding Reformation’s brand standards and values. The schedule requires availability for at least 20 hours per week and at least three days per week, including weekends. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be needed to meet business needs. The anticipated base hourly range is $16–$25, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity. Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technologies.
Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
Self-motivation and a driven approach to taking on new challenges.
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week and at least 3 days per week, including weekends.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Support operational efforts required to achieve store goals and maintain seamless store procedures.
Use store processes and procedures to accurately track inventory.
Track, receive, and process inbound inventory shipments.
Complete inventory tasks, including store transfers, shipments, and omnichannel order processing.
Receive, hang, steam, tag when applicable, and organize shipments in the back of house.
Support markdown processing when applicable.
Submit facilities tickets and help maintain store maintenance, presentation, and organization.
Organize store supplies and ensure the back of house meets brand and concept standards.
Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.
Prepare customer purchases according to brand standards, including preparing, folding, and bagging products.
Replenish the sales floor to maintain visual presentations and inventory levels.
Support visual merchandising as new products arrive and adjust displays when products sell out or through.
Execute visual displays and mannequins when directed.
Contribute to loss prevention throughout the business.
Uphold the time and attendance policy.
Help maintain an inspiring store environment where products are accessible.
