About The Position

Nor-Cal Controls is hiring an Operations Analyst II - Change Management to analyze and audit business process workflows, own process improvement projects, and execute process improvement plans. The role has a starting salary of $86,000–$110,000 annually and offers in-office or hybrid work options.

During the first 90 days, the successful candidate will gain a thorough understanding of Nor-Cal Controls’ business operations, processes, and procedures; identify opportunities for process improvement; and meet the company’s core values. Nor-Cal Controls provides controls solutions for utility-scale renewable energy power plants and emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, inclusivity, diversity, and professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in operations, change management, analytics, audit, or quality.
• Strong software skills, including advanced proficiency in Adobe/PDF, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or computer science.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar certification.
