About The Position

The Digital Transformation & Change Management Analyst leads data template strategy from design through implementation, advising Supply Chain teams and aligning work with organizational objectives. The role designs complex master data structures, translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions that meet data warehousing standards, and defines concepts and scenarios for reporting and analytics solutions. It uses statistical methods and data visualization to address complex requests and deliver actionable insights. The analyst leads process improvement initiatives and technical data delivery for projects, applying analytical solutions across business areas and the organization. The role designs and documents solutions using tools including Hadoop, Informatica, R, Python, and Tableau. It also supports change management for digital tool implementations by developing communication plans, creating and delivering role-based training for manufacturing operations, tracking training completion and go-live readiness, and maintaining documentation of master data processes and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
With a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent; with a master's degree, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Lead data template strategy from design through implementation, advising Supply Chain teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Design and construct complex master data structures to support analytics and improve data utilization.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that meet data warehousing design standards.
Define concepts and scenarios for reporting and analytics solutions.
Use statistical methods and data visualization to address complex requests and provide actionable insights.
Lead process improvement projects for reporting and analytics processes.
Apply analytical solutions across business areas and the organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Lead technical data delivery for projects and coordinate implementation of data solutions.
Design and document technical solutions using tools including Hadoop, Informatica, R, Python, and Tableau.
Develop and execute communication plans for digital tool implementations to align operators, supervisors, and managers.
Develop, maintain, and deliver role-based training materials and sessions for new digital tools, processes, and workflows in manufacturing operations.
Coordinate and track training completion to support go-live readiness and stakeholder adoption.
Maintain documentation of master data processes, procedures, and guidelines.
