About The Position

We are seeking an Operations Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape and optimize operational frameworks. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support cross-functional alignment across engineering, production, and technology initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and/or Engineering
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting—preferably in a technology or engineering-focused organization
Proven track record of advising senior leaders on operational improvement and strategic initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to assess, develop, and refine operational strategies that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
Advise on resource planning, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure operational goals align with business objectives
Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve collaboration and project execution between technical, engineering, and business teams
Provide guidance on risk management, compliance, and operational readiness for new programs or technology deployments
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and support data-driven decision-making
Lead or support special projects focused on operational transformation, scalability, and process innovation
