About The Position

Provides operations and administrative support to MIRATECH's Tulsa (Corporate) facility. This role involves assisting the External Operations team with administrative and production tasks, including the creation of production paperwork and project documentation, transacting and dispositioning of project-related jobs, and scanning and filing of completed paperwork and pictures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working as a production assistant is preferred.
  • Experience with the use of an ERP System is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and production support for the Tulsa External Operations team.
  • Assist in the creation of production paperwork and project documentation.
  • Transacting and dispositioning of project related jobs.
  • Scanning and filing of completed production and project paperwork and pictures.
