About The Position

Requirements

  • High School graduation
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Aptitude for math
  • Aptitude for accuracy and detail
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment
  • Employment is subject to meeting Transport Canada security requirements and obtaining a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and an Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit (AVOP). Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain aircraft library to ensure accuracy and compliance; control distribution of company publications.
  • Perform logistical tasks including tracking, control, and coordination of aircraft-related operations.
  • Resolve and respond to internal/external customer inquiries in writing and verbally.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers and support departmental staff as needed. - coordinate when aircraft is coming from maintenance, recover manuals
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, even under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Administer and comply with Company Policies, Government Regulations, Collective Agreements, and procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible and accommodating approach to support team and operational needs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to operational issues and changing priorities.
  • Prepare to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency.
  • May perform other related duties as required.
